Well it depends on how close you two are and I suppose her age. If you two are like best friends or if it's a funny picture, I guess not. If she's like a little kid, you know like three years old or so, no it's not.

lol no. My brother has this really bad photo of me. He does it because it makes him laugh. I look like I am 250 pounds in the picture, but I am only 100. :D

Lol, I would get kind of creeped out if my brother or sister had me as their phone background. But if you're really close I guess not..
