你地好

我男友係澳洲出世的居民
我就香港居民

我地拍左拖一年 , 而家long distance 左半年幾了
我地打算結婚 , 然後佢申請我過去

有幾個問題好confuse , 唔知大家可否幫幫手

1.) 如果我地係香港註冊 , 到申請既時候會唔會同係澳洲註冊有咩唔同 ?
2.) 係香港註冊完 , 去到澳洲需唔需要再同返咩生死登記處登記 ?
3.) 我見佢有境內申請同境外, 其實邊個會放便點 ... 因為我怕我境外申請會有野miss
4.) 如果搵移民公司搞會唔會好d?

Australia recognizes same-sex marriage. If this is the case, you must get married in Australia.

Otherwise, it does not make a difference.

2. No.

3. Outside Australia. For the cases with missing document, they usually associate with application within the country (as the document need is from the home country).

4. No unless you anticipate any troubles, such as criminal records, previous visa denial, etc.

Otherwise - if you understand English, do it yourself is always the best (as you know the case well).
