英文促請簽合約信上司上兩個月已口頭承諾會同簽約，但一直未預備好份合約，英文email 有禮貎提醒他要簽合約。
例子:
Dear XXX,
Thank you again for verbally informing me two months ago of the company's undertaking to signing an employment contract with me.
I am writing for your help to remind Human Resource Department to organize my employment contract for signing as they have still not contacted me so far.

Drafting the contract is only part of the contract signing process. To organize the contract for signing includes preparing the contract with the appropriate terms and conditions set by the boss and making an appointment with the employee to accepting and signing it.
