For Present Perfect Tense:-For an action just concluded when the resulting state is still present,eg:-He is not cooking when you say he has cooked (usually with already), although he is cooking for a moment.
For Simple Past Tense:-To express an action wholly completed in the past. If you write tomorrow,you use past tense, not present perfect tense.
For Present Continuous tense:-For an action which began in the past and will end in the future, but which at the moment of speaking is incomplete and is still continuing, but which is expected to end Sooner or Later.When Cha+Ah Keung see Ah Ming cooking a dish,you said,eg:-
"Ah Ming is chowing a dish." means expected to end Sooner or Later.
