我就用口語的方式摟

1) I remember last year at this time, we were in New York... I [really] miss you [now].
這樣的語氣步調比較順, 可惜你中文句子交代不清呵呵.

2) I am doing fine/ great in Taiwan! Food here is delicious! You should visit here! I can take you around.

[Please] Remember to wash your dishes after you eat, and dont forget to feed the dog. I will keep my eyes (是副數喔.. 兩隻眼睛) on you. （在台灣就可以不用加了, 加了很多餘).
