首先，中文的用詞需要修正。
我們用「及格」，不用「合格」，來表達成績。
「合格」用於產品檢測是否符合規格。

原句：
「在Excel 人名表中，成績不及格的學生資料需要更新。」

〔此句其實也有問題，不過大家都明白意思，不是「成績不及格的學生資料需要更新」，而是「若有學生成績不及格，該學生的資料則需要更新」。〕
