意思相同，centimeter為美式用法，centimetre為英式用法
→美式英語和英式英語有一些小的差異存在於拼寫和語法上，其中一部份是美式英語

意思一樣。
公分cm,是國際度量衡局的十進制長度計算單位, 正確全寫是 centimetre，英式英文也是centimetre：centimeter是美式英文寫法。
