So Chun-chau can often be found performing for crowds along Sai Yeung Choi Street in Mong Kok. He had been a successful stage actor for a number of years when he decided to take his art to the streets. So says the difference between performing on stage and performing on the street is that on the street, everything is spontaneous and he can get closer to the crowd. In fact, he prefers to perform a hundred centimetres away from his audience. He points out that to be a successful street performer, you need to have strong communication skills. The shoppers in Mong Kok certainly seem to appreciate his ability to communicate.
