How long does a ear piercing take to heal? Would i be able to swap the silver/gold stud that is put in for a plastic clear one for school within 4 days of having it pierced? or would the hole close up to quick and would it cause infections?
any advice will be much appreciated :) thanks!

Plastic is never appropriate for healing piercings. Lobe piercings take 2-3 months to heal completely when done with a hollow needle, 4-6 months when done with a piercing gun. You should never change a healing piercing. Silver and most gold (except 18K) isn't appropriate for a healing piercing either...if you don't have proper jewelry in go have a reputable professional piercer help you.

it's very good. it deals very good with infection. you better just leave it like that as long as the earrings you are wearing is anti-inflammation
