I want to say like "poke through", is there a casual or normal way of saying it?
For example,
The knife "stab through" my hand.
The spear "stab through" his chest.
The staple "stab through" the paper.
What's this verb in English, thank you.

We would used "stabbed" rather than "stab through" as in "The knife stabbed my hand"
Poke through does not mean quite the same thing. Poke is casual and would be used in a trivial situation such as "The mailman left the letter poking out of the mailbox" meaning he didn't push the letter all the way through the slot into the mailbox.

to poke through is being more gentle. to stab through is something with more force.
the knife "stabbed through" my hand .. not 'stab through'
the knife pierced my hand
