Views in USA are beautiful.

There are beautiful views in USA."

view/views是指當時/即時看到的情景

Scenearies in the USA are beautiful.

"There are beautiful views in USA."
There are beautiful scenes in USA or The States.
There are lots of beautiful scenes in USA or The States.

"Views in USA are beautiful."
"There are beautiful views in USA.""

People in Canada are nice.

Present tense is the form of a verb that expresses an action that is happening now.
(1)The Atlantic Ocean has a delightful sea (view).
(2)It is a spectacular (sight) as the PAN AMs lift into the air.
(3)It is a delightful Coast Mountains (scene).
(4)The twin towers offer a breath taking (panorama) of Washington D.C.

I think there are many beautiful views in USA should be more correct.

That's correct. The tense is no problem.
