call the shots - make the decisions作主, be in charge負責
controlled by... - 受...控制
destiny命運 - the inevitable or necessary fate to which a particular person or thing is destined 是預定的，不能自主
所以用不能完全自主的destiny或fate說人生，是不及life的全面，也不切合「我的人生 我做主」。
