1.I am using 3hk $68 rechargeable 3g sim. I plan to use mainly on whatsapp.
However, many other apps start to use my expensive data. When I try to block
their background data, I found that they are not using background data and I cant
block. please help me to block them!
2.Actually did I choose wrongly for this plan or sim? I am quite flexible. if I have much data I can use them up but if I have little I can use only for whatsapp. what plan or sim and company should I choose next time? speed is not important as long as it is functioning^^

1. maybe you should always check what app is your phone using. cancel all the apps which you don't need. Also set data limit or alert in your phone.
If you use android, this function is already in this system.
if you use ios, you can download an app
2. 3G doesn't give me good impressions because of it's high price and unsatisfied service since i was small.
If you want to change plan you can join New World or SmarTon's unlimited data plan, total $60+$12 and $68+$12 respectively. Many people say they are quite good
