How do I claim a reindeer in The Sims Freeplay after completing all the quests?

I've completed EVERY tasks, but I didnt read properly where to claim the reindeer.. PLEASE HELP!

It said it will arrive Christmas day

There're in the pet store. Go back to the town map and find the pet store next to the park, and they'll be in there. :)
