Findings:
Osseous alignment is normal without subluxation or dislocation.
Intervertebral discs show satisfactory hydration.
Mild degree of posterior disc bulging are observed at L1/2, L2/3, L3/4, L4/5 and
L5/S1 levels causing mild narrowing of anterior thecal sac only. No significant
spinal stenosis is noted. Bilateral lateral recesses and neural foramina are not
narrowed. No focal nerve root compression is identified.
No significant focal disc herniation is identified.
Conus medullaris terminates at L1 level and is unremarkable.
Cauda equina is normal.
Marrow signal is normal.
Opinion:
Multiple levels of posterior lumbar disc bulgings causing mild narrowing of the
anterior thecal sac only with no significant spinal stenosis or focal nerve root
compression identified.
Normal cauda equina.
