cannot open the webpage of university of glasgow?

i dunno why, a week before this is ok, but since yesterday i cannot get in to the details of the webpage of university of glasgow, i can only see the main page, and could do anything else (which i would like to have a look on jobs, but couldn't)
i'm in malaysia, but my friend in england said is fine to access the page. i don't suppose is the region problem since i access it last week smoothly...what could possibly happen?what should i do?
