女仔入男廁犯法？

我之前同班friend返左小學。我地舊生黎。我地貪玩入男廁影左張相。姐係果陣無人既。我地擺左個v手勢影相。根住po左上Facebook.根住啲人話咩報警。咁有冇事？

The answer is no.

It is a myth that it is illegal to enter a toilet of opposite sex.

In fact, in a lot of countries, including Hong Kong, it is not illegal to do so.

What makes it illegal is the person's behavior in the toilet. In Hong Kong, if you enter with illegal intend, then you can be charged for trespassing.

For example, it is not illegal if a female enter a male toilet with the intend to use the male toilet.

男性入女廁是犯法，相反女性入了男廁，當然亦是犯法，雖然你們只是玩耍，但亦須顧及法例。
