在活動開始前,首先會進行Briefing,說明即將開始的活動的名稱是“高牆”,需要那些物資,並且導師會帶領我們討論我們的目標是甚麼, 我們會使甚麼方法達到目標,及遇到危機時候應該如何處理等。完成以上討論後便開始進行活動“高牆”,當我們體驗過程中,導師會從中指導及監督我們(Activity),能令我們安全且有方法的循序漸進達到我們設定的目標。完成後我們會進行反思((Reflective Observation/Debriefing),在這個環節中,最常會問“What did we do?” and “What just happened?” 這些問題能夠令我們回顧剛才體驗過程中,不論做那個角色都是同樣重要,並且藉由反思與檢視問題的核心所在,運用過去所得到的經驗來尋求解決問題的方法。最後得出的結論就是在這次活動中能夠提升團隊合作精神,與其他經員們的信任。因此我能夠運用今次所學得的技能在日常生活中實踐出來。
For example, before the event, will conduct a briefing, explained the name of the upcoming events is the " wall " , need those supplies , and instructors will lead us to discuss what our goals are , what we will achieve our objective , and encounter how times of crisis should be handled and so on. Started after the completion of the activities discussed above , " wall ", when we experience during which instructors will guide and supervise our Activity, make us safe and gradual approach to achieve the goals we set . Upon completion , we will be Reflective Observation / Debriefing, in this session , most often will ask "What did we do?" and "What just happened?" These problems can make us look back just to experience the process, whether that role is to do the same important, and by reflection and view the core issues , the use of the experience obtained in the past to seek solutions to the problem. Finally, the conclusion is that in this activity can enhance teamwork , trust, and other members of their after . So I was able to apply what they have learned this skill into practice in their daily lives .
