想問問大家我講上邊lee 句個陣，係米我無踢足球。

I have played football just now.(and now not played.)
(2)To show experience:-
I have played football once.
(3)To show conditions:-
I have played football for one hour.
If the result and condition affecting you now, it is affecting you now;despite you are not using progressive present perfect tense.

You are correct. 這句的意思指你有踢足球一段時間，但是你剛剛踢完，現在沒有踢足球。有一個重點要提醒你，若你在第二天寫第一天踢足球，就要用過去式或過去完成式，不能再用現在完成式。
補充：上述句子你應加上時間 I have played football for a moment. 或加already，這樣英文文法會更好。

Yes correct. You are not playing football when you say I have played football.
