What would you prefer for eating meal by times?
Do you prefer how many meals each day?
In my opinion,it will depend on various ages or conditions of people:
(1) Children==at least six times of light meals or snacks; such as, congee, baby food, milk,fish fillet,yoghourt,cheese, biscuit, bread and so on;
(2) Teenages==at least three times of meals and two times of snacks;
(3) youth==at least three times of meals and two times of snacks;
(4) Middle age==at least three times of meals and two times of snacks;usually heavy meal in the morning and light one or snack at lunch and heavy at supper;
(5) Elderly==at least three times of light meals and one snack;
(6) Sick children==depending on the advice of the Doctor;
(7) Sick patients==depending on the advice of the Doctor;
