Find a cubic function f(x)=ax^3+bx^2+cx+dthat has a local maximum value of 3 at

f'(x)=3ax^2+2bx+cf(-2)=-8a+4b-2c+d=3f(1)=a+b+c+d=0f'(-2)=12a-4b+c=0f'(1)=3a+2b+c=0聯立方程式解出來得到:a=2/9, b=1/3, c=-4/3, d=7/9So f(x)=2x^3/9+x^2/3-4x/3+7/9.....ans

解聯立方程式細節:

前兩者相減:

3a-b+c=-1.....(1)

12a-4b+c=0....(2)

3a+2b+c=0.....(3)

(2)-(1): 9a-3b=1

(2)-(3): 3a-2b=0

|9 -3 -1 9|
|3 -2 .0 3|=(-18+9,-2,-3)=(-9,-2,-3)

=> a=2/9, b=3/9=1/3

(1): c=-1-3a+b=-4/3 => d=-(a+b+c)=7/9
