I'm about to cook ground deer meat for the first time ever. Any suggestions on what to do with it?
Can I make spaghetti with it or will it taste weird? I'm thinking about making a chili with it? I have about 4lbs of deer meat left in the freezer, so you can leave multiple suggestions on different meals I can make with it. Please and thank you.

You are on the right track. Use it in dishes that will overpower the flavor of the game, such as chili or spaghetti, perhaps a meatball stew. Unless you are a big fan of the taste of game meat.
You can always add a little bit of ground pork to give it a bit more fat as venison is very lean. Ground venison makes great chili or spaghetti sauce. Make it the same as you would beef.
Suggest using it just as you would use ground beef (spaghetti, lasagna, meatloaf, burgers, chili, meatballs). Also, you want to make sure that you don't overcook it as it is a very lean cut of meat. However, you might want to consider "increasing" the spice profiles a bit to counter any gamey taste. Here's some seasonings that work well with venison:
Salt/pepper
Garlic (powder, fresh, juice, roasted)
Onion (powder, fresh, roasted/grilled)
Curry powder
Cumin (powder or whole seeds freshly ground)
Juniper berries (use whole dried berries with large pcs. like a venison roast)
Rosemary (fresh, dried)
Sage (fresh, dried)
Red chile (ground)
Thyme (fresh, dried)
參考: I'm a personal chef. My dad was a hunter. We mostly ate venison as "Chicken Fried Steak" with white gravy.
I've used it to make a kind of fried burger, with onion, and served it with a yogurt and mint dressing - delicious.
Substitute it in with what you would regularly use ground beef for. My brother used ground deer meat instead of ground turkey or beef all the time. It tastes slightly different but it's definitely still tasty.
cook it very gently! if you overcook it it will not be a lovely to eat.
