The present perfect continuous tense in grammar is the form of a verb that shows a period of time up to and including the present, and is still continuing;In English is usually formed with have and a past participle been and the present participle.
eg:-Peter has been emphasizing environment protection(and is still emphasizing.)
eg:-The gov.has been turning a deaf ear to the grievances of the residence.(and is still turning.)(unwilling to listen to)
eg:-ABC city has been practising this law(and is still practising.)
eg:-HK people has been discriminating mainland people(and is still discriminating.)
eg:-I have been ignoring environment protection(and is still ignoring.)
eg:-Mandy has been donating money to the elderly in HK(and is still donating.)

Present perfect continuous 表示動作從過去某一個時間開始, 一直延續到現在,
動作是否繼續下去, 要看上下文而定.
例子:
Where have you been? I have been looking for you everywhere.
You are standing in front of me now. I am not going to look for you anymore.

現在完成進行式 present perfect continuous tense 係用於

動作一直至現在 或者 一直至剛才 (剛剛完結)
