Our staff use a lot of time on transportation for attending face-to-face meeting. We are now seeking some IT solutions for conducting meetings or having instant exchanges without leaving office their office. What solutions can you offer? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Let me answer for that.IT solution is video conference, so called 視像會議
Advantages:
-reduce the time like transportation time
-reduce the transportation fee
-All of the member user can contact or communication with other member which is not limited to the different country
-Enhance the effectiveness
Disadvantages:
-If the browser or explorer have some problem, it may be affected the meeting.
- It cannot uses in all of the mobile which is not support the program.
