forst,u should say the issuing of free tv licence .And then it's like issuing another tv license to HK tv other than the other 4 tv companies.I think that the government should issue it to HKTV because everyone has equal chances to enjoy policy fairness,social fairness,however,it seems unfair in dealing such event .So this leads to anger of some parties,recently.
The pros is that HK people will have more choices for choosing tv programmes,not just TVB,so odd and weird.
The cons is that TVB will have an enemy opposition to them,HKTV will be very stringer and stronger lateron.They will compete vigorously,
The public can only make protests to express their thoughts and feelings,not any other methods ,=_=
