公立醫院轉我去專科，但我唔想去，能否拒絕？

今日去咗睇醫生，我有飲食失調同可能抑鬱，佢要我住院。我唔想住，但我未夠18歲，要家人同意。後尾我呀哥放工接咗我走，醫生話安排我轉去青少年精神科睇，明天通知我時間。我唔想轉，可唔可以拒絕？如果可以，要點同醫生講？考慮我未成年，是否需呀哥幫手？

The answer is no - You have no right to refuse.
Since you are a minor, only your family can make the choice on your behalf.

你可以拒絕,但係醫生話要轉去專科,有他的道理,你問醫生可唔可以食藥,而唔住院仲好過 la.
