The conductivity of ICl is increased by adding either NaCl or AlCl3,, account for the increase in conductivity by the 2 solvents. WHY?

another question is similar,,
AlF3 has only a low solubility in liquid HF but a combination of NaF and AlF3 leads to disoolution of the reagents. WHY?

ICl forms very soluble Na[ICl2] and Al[ICl4] complexes, so the conductivities are significantly increase when NaCl and AlCl3 are added.

NaF reacts with AlF3 to form a highly soluble complex Na3[AlF6].
