You do nothing know this "blue balls" is a myth used by childish boys to guilt ladies into doing something sexual they dont really want to........yes we do get a pain if we are aroused for too long BUT its easily fixed by ourselves and it goes away in a few hours anyway......its not life threatening and I think he is not a friend.....to find what his intentions are ask for suggestions my first thought is he will want a bj at which point you smile and say " you're dreaming" and walk away
