I think I have three advantages.

The first [advantage] is [that I always strive to do something with high standards.] Even [if I encounter] problems or setbacks, I [will not] give up[.] No matter how much time to [be spent], I will certainly [keep going on until the thing is done.]

Second, [I am] hardworking[, which helps to overcome my shortcomings.] For example[,] [as] my [x level of] English is not good, whenever [I read any words or sentences I do not know], I will [work hard to look up the dictionary for their meanings and translations.] [This helps improve my English and expand my vocabulary bank, so that I can read these words and sentences more easily next time.]

[Lastly], my [third advantage is being highly] responsible. [I have never failed to complete the tasks the others allocated to me.] For example, [while working in a team,] I will [put the completion of my allocated task as my top priority, so as not to cause any troubles to my team.]
