我早前係學校上堂個時被老師沒收手提電話,老師叫我叫家長黎拿番,同記缺點。感佢係沒收我部手提電話的時侯佢係米已經犯法?

學校是個教育機構,對學生有管教的責任,同時,亦有責任維持學校的紀律,你在上課時用手提電話,不但違犯校規,亦影響其他同學的學習.老師將之收下,,令你着家長取回,完全合法.除非老師沒收後將手提電話據為己有,你便可以向校長投訴處理,無論如何,法庭不會隨便處理學校內部的事

no...mine is also...i mean my school also has this rule...thats the most normal thing in school ><
