Present perfect tense=has+past pasticiple
=eg:-Sam has promised.....
=the following things-----not yet
=in the coming August-----not yet, by this time.
=for August
=from August onward
=since Sam did not do it now.
Present perfect tense=eg:-
=Peter has agreed
=past to present experience
=once the following conditions exist
=Hence:-Peter has agrees to the following conditions.
=for what conditions?

Peter has agreed the following conditions: (no 'to', also use ':' afterwards)
According to the meaning of the sentence, one will expect after these words, there is a list of things or conditions. So, we use ':' instead of '.'
