Chem nitric acid一問

nitric acid 可以溶解 copper，

etch = 蝕刻

在銅片的表面塗蠟，再在蠟的表面雕花，放在 nitric acid 中，有蠟的表面接觸不到 nitric acid ，不受影响，雕花的地方移去了，nitric acid 會溶解銅，一段時間之後，取出铜片，用熱水沖去蠟，便完成蝕刻了。

高濃度:
NO3- + e- +2H+ -->NO2 +H2O
較低濃度:
NO3- +3e- -->NO

calcium hydroxide is sparingly soluble(難溶) in water
you put the solid Ca(OH)2 into the water
wait a while, then use filter paper to filter out the solid
then that is saturated Ca(OH)2 solution, which is limewater
飽和就是飽和, 溶到盡的溶液
