1. Yes. You can either:a. Using your foreign address; or
b. Using a temporary local address (In this case, the bank will be forced to verify the address through mail).
2. In the case of no account, you can ask the issuer to issue a new cheque with bearer.

you gave it back to that person giving u and say that you cannot derive money from that cheque,this is a junk cheque,that sort of thing
