叫人「食飯」英文點講?

同一班親戚坐埋食飯, 禮貌上後輩通常會向長輩客氣地叫人, 「阿XX, 阿XX, 食飯」, 然後才開始食飯。

如有鬼佬親戚在場, 「食飯」嘅英文點講至大方得體?
