我岩岩買左新電腦,係裝windows既時候,突然彈左呢段下出黎:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to
you computer.
If his is he first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer.

If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or
hard drive controllers check yor hard drive to make sure it is properly configured
and terminated.

Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and the restart your computer.

Problem: SATA hard drive misconfigured.
Solution: Rectify it through BIOS on the mother board.

1. Cold boot your computer.

2. Get into BIOS configuration (Hold Del key on start or follow your user's manual) . A blue and white screen will come up. Look for SATA hard drive. It might be in the Advance tab. Just flip tabs one by one. You'll see it.

3. Change from "RAID AHCI" to "RAID ATA". But if it's already running RAID ATA. take it back to shop and have it checked out.

4. If change is needed, save it and exit.

5. Reboot computer.

Remember Not to change anything else otherwise you'll be in more trouble.

As a precaution, if hard disk runs, type CHKDSK /F in your windows' RUN box, enter and follow instructions on screen. It'll report any faults on the disk when finished.
