Sponsorship多少由你老闆(對於這客戶的生意和交情等)決定贊助$1000現今咪直接簡單寫:
Our company (或用We) are happy to sponsor $1000 in cash for your Christmas Party Lucky Draw.
有些大形抽獎你公司假如需要特別廣告宣傳(例如要求在程序中列出贊助人/公司名稱或在刊物)等你可以預先問清楚安排或直接回覆要求。一般情況對方的人事部/搞手都會「識做」，但有時亦會太注重安排抽獎的流程而忘記了公布由誰贊助。
We would appreciate you mention our company name of sponsorship during the lucky draw.

至於你送的黎波$1000現今由誰交收則請先跟對方相量好(需要行政簽收還是存入某特定戶口等等)。為保障你公司和你個人清白，請小心處理現金和注意記錄有關的交易。
