Yahoo won't let me ask a question?

I've been trying to post a question on this account and my friend's account for 4 days now and it keeps saying error. I know it's not this site because I was able to post a question just 10-15 minutes ago, but it won't let me ask this one.

well, they made me take a dumb quiz to prove that I can answer questions on here. Are they trying to make you take a quiz of right/wrong answer and questions to ask? Maybe it's that. Sometimes yahoo goes down too. I could just be that they are extremely busy because of all the users and there's something wrong from their end. Maybe try asking the question again in a few hours.

Beware of the Yahoo thought-police. They will try to censor or delete anything that reflects even remotely negatively on them, even if it is merited. This is a tightly controlled business masquerading as a forum for free speech (I should be more careful, I could very well get reported or suspended for my honest assessment of the situation, but then again real freedom of speech requires courage).

I am having the same issue. Just signed up for yahoo answers to ask a question and I can't even ask anything, really impractical for business if you ask me...

It's doing the same thing to me as well / I wouldn't know why though @ perhaps it's a glitch in yahoos system

Well late on this but this was posted a year ago, it is happening to me right now. I have nearly 800 points and have never had a problem on here before - however now it is giving me issues.

so apparently it's some kind of award system. you have to answer some people's questions in order to ask one yourself.
