重點:
1) Evaluate all your present activities and decide what the core activity/business is. Don’t get sidetracked by some unimportant work or side issues. Learn how to say “No” to others.
2) Not only prioritize your tasks, but also take empowerment. You have to delegate some jobs to other people. In some situation, but not all, tasks can be achieved more easily by teams with a common purpose, rather than by individuals.
3) Please well organize your work and your time, especially the ones you have to meet a deadline. You need to optimize the use of available resources. Heavy workload often results from tight schedule and not so well thought-out strategy. Read some good time management books and put that into practice.
4) Have a mindset:- striking a balance between work and personal life. What is important in your work right now may seem trivial in the end. Your health could not stand the overwork as well as the stress in the long run because of the heavy schedule. Some people suffer from burn-out or a complete breakdown, which means they are no longer to work. Bear this in mind, so you won’t overfill your schedule.
