Micatkie is CORRECT. There are only two ionizable H atoms in H3PO3 molecule, although the molecule contains three H atoms.

In an H3PO3 molecule, the central atom P is linked to one P=O bond, one P-H bond and two P-OH bonds. Only the two H atoms in "P-OH" is ionizable, and that in "P-H" is NOT.

所以要換成PO3=Phosphite which is (3-)
so it will be K3PO3

so it will be H2O which is water
and finally balance
become 3KOH+1H3PO3 -> 1K3PO3 +3H2O
left hand side is 3K 3O 4H 3PO3
right hand side is 3K 3O 4H 3PO3
