We have to make a short cooking video for school and me and my friend are really awkward so the video isnt the best and we would like to edit it, but there is only one problem we both have no idea how to edit or what programme to use. Please coul somebody help us. We only have two weeks. I dont know if this helps, but I have Windows 8.

Use cyberlink powerdirector. This is the best video editing software.

You might be able to use Windows Movie Maker, depending on the format of your video - there are loads of tutorials on-line. Failing that, the starter edition of Serif's MoviePlus is free and easy to use. It has built in tutorials to get you started.
