internet version problem

my home pc is use window 7 internet version is 11, cant use lower version for see china bank site and my account information. i try donwload online but have virus attacked,

if didn't use IE browser , just use others like chrome or firefox .. China bank support it ?
maybe it still new , you can just wait for 1 or 2 months sure the bank have the solution for it.
