P(member of 1 club only) = P(member of maths club and not member of badminton/art club) or P(member of badminton club and not member of maths/art club) or P(member of art club and not member of maths/badminton club) = 0.6 ( 1 - 0.3)(1 - 0.8) + 0.3(1 - 0.6)(1 - 0.8) + 0.8(1 - 0.6)(1 - 0.3)
= 0.084 + 0.024 + 0.224 = 0.332

How about this solution :

P(Mathis, x Badn, x Art) + P(x Mathis, Badn, x Art) + P(x Mathis, x Badn, Art)
= 0.6*(1-0.3)*(1-0.8) + (1-0.6)*0.3*(1-0.8) + (1-0.6)*(1-0.3)*0.8
= 0.084 + 0.024 + 0.224
= 0.332
