有無人想減肥,想搵個伴一齊減@@

以下係我本人小小資料:
年齡: 18 (希望搵返d差唔多年齡既)
性別: 女
住天水圍
*另外本人係小小五迷(五月天fans) 如果搵到同樣五迷一齊減,應該會好岩傾xd

本人真係好肥,最少希望搵到個伴係一齊減起碼半年

減既方式主要係慢跑,游水咁啦><

如果你可以忍口食少D野,應該可以減倒肥既。我之前每日食晚飯可以食倒8碗飯咁多,宜家只係食1碗。我既體重由2012/1/1既252.2磅(114.4kg)減至E+既148.8磅(67.6kg) ,共減了103.4磅(46.8kg)(41.0%)。腰圍都由2012/1/1前既125.8cm(49.5吋)減至宜家既71.1cm(28.0吋) ,共減了54.7cm(21.5吋) (43.4%)。
以下是我的減肥方法:
1.以7.00km/h速度散步一小時;
2.連續游泳30min-60min(1 hour)。


在運動減去的體重與在食量減去的體重一般比例為1對8(11.11對88.89)。
