1. sweetie honey baby sweetheart etc.
(有朋友話 If he called you baby, 他會對你有少少意思...)

If he called you baby,

You're such a honey/honey bun, I'm sure you can help out. I'm sure you will have the time to help out, won't you? Honey!

(1)sweetie=informal; an attractive, lovable little person.
-----honey=Am. used when speaking to someone you love.---to a woman
-----baby= informal, a person,a girl or woman
-----sweetheart=used informally as a friendly form of address, esp by or to a woman= What can I get you, sweetheart=said by a salesperson working in a shop or a restaurant calls her customers as a sweetie=sweetheart.
(2)Judging from these, if an American calls you a honey, he may be heterosexual being.

1. No in general.

2. None of these. Basically, it is only a sign of being friendly (even a saleperson calls customer as a sweetie).
