業主立案法團 收裝修費

最近屋企要裝修,一向知道裝修要向管理處申請及交按金.
但今次申請他卻跟我說要交$200不可退回的行政費
管理處又說這是業主立案法團收的非經常性收入

我裝修為甚麼業主立案法團可以收錢?
非經常性收入為何收向裝修的業主收取?
這是合法嗎?可向哪裡投訴?

可以去ICAC投訴,完全唔明白業主立案法團係呢件事上面有咩角色位置,可以收取行政費,俗D講句,關佢叉事!

Owners' Corporation basically is the government among owners.

So basically, they can do anything as they want (as soon as the law allows).

In answering your questions:

1. You have to ask your Owners' Corporation. But my guess is extra resource (personnel) is required to monitor the work.

2. No one knows.

3. Unless the property management makes up the charge, it is totally legal.
