The estimation to an integral is 7.21
The real area is 9pi/4

Would I divide 9pi/4 by 7.21 and multiply by 100 then subtract that from 100?

Unfortunately, the Absolute Error, and therefore the Relative & Percentage Errors all depend on what value you take for pi. If we take 3.14 then 9pi/4 = 7.065 so the |Absolute Error| = 7.21 - 7.065 = 0.145. Now we can find the Relative Error i.e. the Absolute Error relative to, or compared to the Nominal Measure i.e. 0.145/7.065 = 0.0205... and that is 2.05% or just 2%
