公司名假設係ABC 我公司印整左做ABC COMPANY
想問咁樣係咪唔用得 一定要再整過

咁如果公司要交文件比政府或銀行 就咁用ABC COMPANY都OK?
無限公司用既公司印

The name used must be ABC as per the Business Registration Certificate issued. Company chop must also in line with it. Bank will not open account if the name used is ABC COMPANY. You can check it with your bankers now.

It is best if the name match exactly shown at the Business Registration.

沒有LIMITED 或有限這個名稱就可以了。
