Not bad but not great either.

That's not bad at all in my opinion. Anything above about 4MB up should allow you to stream moves and such without problem.

speed test would not give you want you want, there are peak times and off peak times, but if you really can reach 10mb/s it's good enough, i mean unless you need to download 6GB of stuff every 10 mins you're fine
