Want to transfer pictures to my phone.?

I broke my iPhone a couple weeks ago and I got a new one and none of my pictures are on it, I also got a new Apple ID and I'm wondering if there is anyway to get my photos on my new phone?????

yes and no, if you're good with screws and computers, you can unscrew it and then find the memory unit, un crypt it and the transferre it to your computer, your local electronics can do that for you
