is wind waker hd a master quest edtion?

Zelda ocarina of time came out with two re-releases one for 3ds and one for n64 the one for n64 was called master quest and later released on gamecube too. the different's between the master quest and the original ocarina is that all of the dungeon and temple puzzles where changed and they made the game all around harder. DID THEY DO THE SAME THING FOR WIND WAKER HD? or is it just the same exact ******* game?

You get the same game and the new "Hero Mode", which is not the same as master quest. In hero mode you take 2x damage and you don't find ANY hearts throughout the story, you have to heal with potions/fairies. It is harder but the layout of areas and dungeons are the exact same not flipped and they are the same puzzles.
